Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is one of the well-known British stage and film actress which gained more attention when she appeared in"Doctor Who" (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu earned a significant amount of acclaim for her performance in the role of Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of the main character, Martha Jones, in the drama. Her fans loved her lively enthusiasm and she had no stopping Gugu from a successful career in acting! She's also been in other British stage and television productions. Reviewers are abuzz about her amazing role in the British period-drama "Belle," (2013) and the romance drama "Beyond the lights", (2014). Even in American productions, she's appeared on TV series like "Undercover" and "Touch", as well as Tom Hanks comedy film Larry Crowne. In 2015, Gugu Mbatha Raw performed the role of lead in the play 'Nell Gwynn' written created by Jessica Swale, as a character who was an actress as well as the mistress of King Charles II of England and Scotland. The critics praised her performance and nominated her to the Evening Standard Theatre Award. Gugu was awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire award (MBE) from Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of her remarkable contribution to the drama.
Chelsea Joy Handler, born on February 25, 1975, on the 25th of February, 1975 in Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. Handler was among the youngest six children. Handler was raised with a family with six kids. Her mother worked at home while her father sold cars used by other people. Her mother, a German-born Immigrant in America in the year 1958, was born and raised there. United States since 1958, was born in Germany. In 1989 her diagnosis was cancer. She passed away 10 years afterward. Handler is a reform Jew as well as her father who was Jewish. Handler had a pleasant good, healthy and safe childhood in a good neighbourhood. Handler moved to Los Angeles when she was 19, in order to pursue a career in acting. Handler employed as an actor to earn a living for herself. Handler made the decision to focus on stand-up comedy at the age of 21 following the realization of her story telling abilities. Handler's career began as part of an all-female Oxygen TV show in the hidden camera/practical humor reality series Girls Behaving Uncooperatively. The show ran from 2002 to 2005. The host worked on many other shows like Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice as well as Weekends at D.L. Handler was hired on The Tonight Show as a correspondent. Handler got her big break in 2006 when she began hosting her own show on E! It was titled The Chelsea Handler Series. The show ran for two seasons. Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour the following year across the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all aired her stand-up show. Her name was chosen as host of the The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in the year 2010. She became the second female in history, following Roseanne Barr, who hosted the VMAs.
